Officially an Aqua Tot!

Jack and I had our first Aqua Tot swim class tonight! He still loves swimming (not that we thought that would change in two weeks off) and he did really well with the "big kids". He is the youngest one because the class starts at 18 months and it goes all the way up to 4 years old. They are really trying to teach them how to swim in this class as well as put their faces in the water, etc. The class is huge (10 kids and 10 parents) compared to the other classes we have been in so it is interesting! No pictures because I am the picture taker and I was in the pool so here are pictures from earlier today.

This is how Jack likes to relax "on" the couch
Looks comfy, huh?

Opening Day!!!

We are all excited! Opening Day is finally here!!!

He Has Pockets!!!

Something about these pants. The past few times he's worn them he is really interested in the pockets!
Wait...where did that pocket go?
Big Grin!
Oooohhhhhh
Chunker
Smiles from Owen
I love this expression because I can hear the sound he is making in my head...so cute
Lots of cheesy grins today
Airplane

I've been trying to capture some funny words Jack says. He is totally obsessed with the word "button" (and actual buttons as well) but it always comes out "mutton".

Garbage a.k.a. Dadooge

Jack playing with his Little People Airplane. I love a little more than half way through when he starts flying it around. The boy loves airplanes!

We're Back!!!

I managed to get up and dressed today for the first time since Wednesday so things are looking up! Neil is not so fortunate but I think he will be better tomorrow. On the bright side he had to cancel his trip to Mexico so he is home this week! Jack is getting really funny with all of his new words. I actually expect about 5 new words a day. Today he threw a "handsome" at me. Nice boy! Owen is chunky and SO HAPPY. He is all smiles for us these days, it is amazing. Jack and I start Aqua Tots tomorrow evening and on Saturday he starts "Tumble Time" class. I am not sure what to expect out of that one but I figure any chance to get him interacting with some other kids and running around is a good thing. We are also going to get a swing set this week and hopefully get it put together next weekend (don't count on that one though). Now for the new pictures!

Jack locked himself in Owens room and decided to relax on the chair
Owen being chunky and happy in his bath
WAIT! The chunky legs were covered. He could give Jacks old leg rolls a run for their money.

Brush Your Teeth

We have the flu here so I don't have anything new. I have a picture from Aunt Sarahs visit of Jack brushing his teeth though so I will share that!

More New Stuff

Jack being a monkey
Owen in his seat
Hanging out
Daddy and Jack returning from their walk

I was trying to get Jack to say "cheese please" because its funny. He can't make it come out right (it usually comes out "please cheese") and it makes him so mad. He says it and looks really surprised and angry that it didn't sound like he wanted it to. He wasn't cooperating so I ended up with this random video.

Ham!

Jack has been coming up with some new words lately out of left field. Today he wanted ham all day and I'm not sure where he learned the word ham or what it was. The other new words of the day were "police" (he saw one on the road and just came out with it), "sneeze" and he also really figured out the concept of "up" and "down". He keeps lifting everything up and saying "up" and then putting it down and saying "down".

Cool dude with a new haircut and his shades

Easter Day Continued!!!

We spent the majority of the day over at Grandma and Grandpa Larsons house. Both Aunt Sarahs, Uncle Paul, Aunt Becky and Otis were with us all day and Grandma and Grandpa arrived home from vacation to a full house this afternoon! We dyed Easter eggs (which Jack didn't really "get"), had an egg hunt (which Jack got immediately since the eggs had M&M's in them), and had a fabulous dinner cooked by Aunt Becky. We were lucky to share the holiday with all of the boys Aunts and Uncles!

Dunk!
He did it!
Hey! There is an egg on that light!
There is an egg here too!

Got it!
Not letting the egg go
Ooooh! There is something in there!
Jack got it down pretty easily
Owen can dye eggs too!

He likes the purple one that Aunt Sarah C. made
After a long day all there is to do is wander around in the snow with a sweatshirt that is 15 times too big

Easter Morning at Home

The boys got their baskets from the Easter Bunny. Jack was very excited about the concept of a basket full of M&M's and KitKats! He didn't even really care about the Mr. Potato Head once he saw candy! They also got bags made by Georgia with a book for Jack and a blanket for Owen. They each also got candy in their bags as well as a stuffed animal. Thanks Georgia!

Checking out the basket!
