Jack told us Thursday night that he wanted to water ski. Immediately. We have talked about this a lot in recent months so we were prepared for him to try. He got all suited up and was super excited to give it a try!
Daddy got the skis on him and taught him what to do once he was in the water.
His first try ended up as more of a face plant followed by being dragged face first underwater behind the boat. Oops. Forgot to let go of the rope once he fell!
He was ready to give it another try though and got right back out there!
This time he ALMOST got all the way up. He was basically squatting but I got distracted holding my breath and watching and forgot to click the camera button. Oops! He ended up underwater again and decided he was too cold and waterlogged to try again that night. Hopefully we will get him out there again soon because he was SO CLOSE! Stay tuned...
