Pumpkin Time

Yesterday we headed to the pumpkin patch/apple orchard with Aunt Sarah, Uncle Paul, Grandma and Grandpa to pick out our pumpkins to carve. Jack struck his usual pose in the cutout.
Again with Aunt Sarah.
The boys also tried out the big chair.
Jack relaxed in the wagon with the pumpkins even though Mommy wanted to ride in there (ahhh, appendectomy recovery!)
He looked like he wanted to fall asleep.
Owen fed some goats.
Aunt Sarah watched Owen look like he was thinking very hard.
We went back to Grandma and Grandpa's to carve our pumpkins.
Jack did a good job scooping out the guts.
Jack showing off his finished product.

Later Aunt Becky joined us as we celebrated Grandpa's Birthday!

The boys even helped blow out all those candles.

Then Jack showed us his love for chocolate cake.

What?!

I have more pictures from Grandma and Grandpa's camera of yesterday as well as the Halloween party the boys attended last week. I will post those once I remember to bring their camera over to my house!

I like how you had to use a long lighter to light all the candles on Pete's cake!!! Matches too short?

I remember when my dad and I carved our pumkins! Scooping out the guts was always the best.......:)
