We took the boys to Chuck E. Cheese tonight for the first time. It was the definition of sensory overload for Jack. As you can see in the pictures we didn't get a whole lot of reaction out of him (except a little bit of a terrified reaction). I think he will like the place more every time we go but he was a little overwhelmed. Needless to say our meal package came with 75 tokens and we used around 10.
These singing, dancing animals were the first thing we saw when we got there.
He seemed to like them from back at the table (except notice the grip on my hand)
Once we got a little closer he was VERY unsure
This ride hardly moved so he seemed to tolerate it
Staring at the other kids
Jack got scared on this ride immediately so Owen took over
Still not convinced
This was the ride he decided he liked so he rode it about 5 times
I also took Jack to check out a park down the street after we left Chuck E. Cheese. It is right down the street and it is at a preschool so it has a lot of little kid equipment. He really liked it but we couldn't stay long because it was getting late and cold. I'm sure there will be pictures of that over the summer!
